By submitting a Booking I acknowledge the Fees and Cancellation Fees charged by Worldwide Interpreting and Translation Pty Ltd for Interpreting assignments and Translation projects.
Payment Terms:
I accept to pay Worldwide Interpreting and Translation Pty Ltd as per invoice terms which are within 14 days from the date of invoice (unless otherwise stated).
If I am a Individual or New Client I may be required to make prepayment before any service is conducted.
Cancellation before 24 hours of the scheduled start time:
If I cancel the booking before 24 hours of a booking scheduled start time, there will be NO charge.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start time:
Should I cancel the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled start time I acknowledge that the Cancellation Fee equals the Full Fee.
Note: Weekends are not included in the 24-hour notice period.
Cancellation of Court Assignments:
I accept that when matters are settled early or the services of the interpreter are no longer needed, the Fee incurred will equal the days that the interpreter attended, plus one additional day.
Liability:
I accept that a non-attendance by an Interpreter may occur due to unpredictable circumstances, and I accept that Worldwide Interpreting and Translation Pty Ltd will not be liable for any payment, charge or a cancellation fee issued by me or a third party in relation to that.
Notice:
I understand that the cancellation of assignments can only be accepted if I submit a written request directly to the office of Worldwide Interpreting and Translation Pty Ltd. This cancellation will be confirmed with a response from the Worldwide Interpreting and Translation Pty Ltd team.
